Wait List

- As of January 2024, I am now doing a wait list again. However, I would consider it more of a "notify me" list. I will not necessarily be taking specific orders, but if you are interested in a certain breed (adults, chicks, or hatching eggs), please let me know. I will put you on a list and notify you if what you are wanting will be available soon. This will give you a chance to purchase before it is available to everyone else.

- Being on the wait list does not technically guarantee you will receive what you have requested, but if it does come available or will soon, you will be the first to know.

Hatching Eggs

- I do not currently ship eggs.

- I do not guarantee hatch from my eggs. As I'm sure most of you know, there are many factors that could cause eggs not to hatch- many of which are outside of my control. For this reason, refunds will only be given for poor hatch rates when we have discussed it and I feel it is reasonable to do so. Refunds are at my discretion.

Chicks, Adults, Local Pickup

- I do not ship any live birds.
- In order to avoid paying a deposit, chicks, juveniles, adults, and hatching eggs must be picked up within a reasonable time. 

- You may be asked to pay a deposit if I need to hold the bird for you.
- Deposit amount will depend on what you are wanting me to hold, how long I will need to hold it, and how reputable you are. Close friends and reliable people will pay little to nothing, while strangers and people who have been difficult in the past will pay more.
- If you no-show without letting me know and rescheduling, you will be blacklisted and I will no longer sell anything to you. Exceptions will be made within reason, as I understand life happens.

- Additionally, if you are someone who has stated over text that you would like to purchase something and then stop responding, the above sections apply. All I ask is the courtesy of saying you've changed your mind so I'm able to move on to the next person. 
- All deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Deposit does NOT count towards overall price of live birds. Meaning a $15 bird with a $5 deposit would cost you $20 total.
- Deposit DOES count towards overall price of eggs. Meaning $25 eggs with a $5 deposit still costs you $25, as you will pay $5 up front and $20 at pickup.
